Victoria founded Spring Consultancy in 2022. The guiding principle of Spring is a commitment to open and honest working relationships. Providing tailored, clear, and easy-to-understand advice to help you achieve your business and personal goals.
Having seen the transition from manual to fully software-orientated accounting first hand, we’re strong advocates of the use of technology. Which means you get to benefit from the same next-gen software and level of service you’d normally expect to find at much larger firms.

AAT and FCA qualified with over 20 years of experience and a varied career in audit, forensic accounting, and pension accounting, Victoria discovered her passion for working with small businesses as Director of a Boutique London practice specialising in the creative sector.
Not surprising considering her love of all things creative. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her at a gallery or ticking off another in a never-ending list of ‘to dine-for’ restaurants at home and abroad.

Jamie began his accounting career in 2016 working with owner managed businesses. After gaining his AAT qualification, he’s been lucky enough to combine his love of sport (literally all sports), numbers and a desire to help others working with some of the world’s top sporting talents, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs. The skills he has developed, and his can-do attitude will be invaluable to the varied clients we work with.

Accounts Assistant
Carrie’s accounting career started with an apprenticeship at a Top 20 firm in 2016, gaining experience in accounts and bookkeeping working on a diverse client portfolio. In 2022, she became a Financial Controller at a boutique London practice, honing her skills in financial management and small business strategy. As a mum of three boys, Carrie brings the same calm, organised energy to her work as she does at home. She works flexibly to support our clients with care, clarity and consistency, always focused on making the numbers feel manageable, not intimidating.
